Gem Realty was established in February 2014. We are located at the corner of Collins and Swanston Streets in Melbourne CBD.

We specialise in selling off-the-plan and brand new apartments, townhouses and H&L packages. Our apartment projects mainly cover Melbourne CBD area, city fringe suburbs like Southbank, South Melbourne and South Yarra, etc. Townhouse projects are mainly in Melbourne’s Southeast suburbs from near ones like Kew, Camberwell and Balwyn to relatively far ones like Box Hill South, Blackburn, Doncaster, Burwood and Clayton. Our H&L packages are mainly in Point Cook, Williamslanding and Berwick.
